3. Social Media Integration

Our service integrates with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. When you connect these accounts:

• We access only the data you explicitly authorize
• We display your posts, insights, and engagement metrics
• We do not post on your behalf without explicit permission
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time

4. Google Services Integration and Limited Use Disclosure

Axelio integrates with Google services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, and the Google Indexing API. Axelio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Gmail data (https://mail.google.com/ and gmail.readonly) only to display your inbox inside Axelio, draft and send replies you compose, sync labels and threads, and surface unread/important messages on your dashboard. We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations that are limited to aggregated, fully anonymized data.
• We use Google Calendar scopes (calendar, calendar.events, calendar.readonly and related) to read your existing calendars, show events on the dashboard, and create/update events you initiate inside Axelio (meeting bookings, reminders, project deadlines).
• We use Google Drive scopes (drive, drive.file, drive.readonly, drive.metadata, drive.appdata, drive.photos.readonly) to attach Drive files to invoices/projects/customers, upload files you choose, and display previews of files you reference inside Axelio.
• We use Google Search Console scopes (webmasters, webmasters.readonly, siteverification) to surface keyword rankings, indexing status, and site verification state inside the SEO module — only for sites you connect.
• We use the Google Indexing API (indexing) only to request indexing of URLs you explicitly submit from inside Axelio.
• We use Google Ads (adwords) and Google Analytics scopes (analytics, analytics.readonly, and admin variants) only to surface campaign performance, traffic, and goal metrics inside Axelio dashboards for accounts you connect.
• We use YouTube scopes (youtube, youtube.readonly, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl) only to display channel metrics and to publish videos you create or schedule inside Axelio's social-media module.
• You can disconnect any Google account from Settings → Integrations at any time. We delete the corresponding refresh and access tokens immediately, and any cached data within 30 days.
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose unrelated to providing or improving Axelio.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who assist in our operations

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All Google API credentials and user data are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.

8. Data Retention
